Your Virtual Private Server will be added to the custom–developed server monitoring software system and in case there’s a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be informed right away.

Weekly Backups

If you have a high–profile website or a data–heavy web app, it’s essential to have a full backup copy of everything. Unfortunately, configuring an auto backup solution is difficult. That is why our company offers you our Optional Managed Services solution – we take full responsibility to maintain a full backup copy of your Linux VPS web hosting, not just of your sites and data, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, retaining all the modifications that you’ve made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually infinite number of options, you will often need to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Managed Services offer, which enables you to demand any of our trained system administrators to install and set up any software program and to fix any problem that you’re having with the virtual server.
