A: The web site migration service provided by Zendorff is completely free of charge and involves transferring all your website files, databases and e–mails from your present web hosting provider to your new web hosting account with us. We’ll also update all the settings needed for your sites to be fully functional on our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform.Our techs are fully capable of moving any kind of site. With years of practical experience in the industry, they are well–versed in the specificities of our hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other popular Control Panels. For them, moving a custom–made web application with many custom libraries is as easy as transferring a plain WordPress blog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise ETA, since there are plenty of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (if the content is not large).

A: We will require the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can begin the migration of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose literally the same details you have provided to your current web host. We’ve also got an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate info is dealt with.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous hosting provider. A: Nope. We will never get in touch with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
